What exactly do you mean by 30-day trial?
We won’t ask for your credit card details when you sign up. You have 30 days to try out Agile Bench with unlimited team members and projects. If within that period you choose to close your account, you will not be charged a cent. Once you start using any of the paid plans, and wish to cancel your account you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancelation. Refunds can not be issued after your initial 30 day trial.
What currency is your pricing in?
US Dollars.
What do you mean by Product Development and Client Service Companies?
Product Development companies build software products for their own usage. Client services companies build software products for other people. Agile Bench is focused on building a great agile tools for product development teams. We understand that our service will suit some client services companies too, which is why we offer them a special plan.
Why don’t paid plans have more projects?
Projects are long running pieces of work that are continuously enhanced. You can think of a project in Agile Bench as a product in most companies. To break down a project’s work we have groupings of stories called features.
How long are your contracts?
We don’t have contracts. Agile Bench is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts of commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.
Can I host Agile Bench myself?
No. We do not provide a self hosted version at this time.
What is a read only user?
Read only users can see what is occurring within a project but do not have the ability to alter any of the data. This is useful for stakeholders and curious people who want to stay up to date with a project’s progress.
What payment options do you support?
We use PayPal as our payment provider. PayPal allows us to accept Visa cards, MasterCard cards and PayPal.
